Easiest Pumpkin Soup Ever
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1¼ cup stock (chicken or veggie)
  1. Combine the stock and puree in a pot and heat until your reach a slow simmer
  2. Season with salt and pepper as needed and serve
  3. You may eat as-is or garnish with any of the following: heavy cream, chopped green onions, sour cream, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice
This recipe can be easily doubled. Keep the ratios the same and big as big a pot of it as you would like.
