Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • ¾ cup evaporated milk
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Mix everything together until it is very well combined
  2. Pour into a 9" pie shell
  3. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes
  4. Reduce to 350F and bake for 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean
