Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  • 15 oz pumpkin puree (almost 2 cups)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk (I used cashew milk)
  • ¾ cup Splenda
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Mix everything together and pour into a 9" pie pan
  2. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes
  3. Reduce heat to 350F and bake another 25 minutes
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool. Top with whipped cream (optional) and serve!
