Banana Muffins ( Gluten Free Option)

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. Mash the banana. Add the sugar and egg and combine well.
  3. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Add any other nuts, chocolate chips or flavors at this point if you want to.
  4. Pour into a muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the are lightly browed.
I test my recipes with BTMR Gluten Free Flour but they will also work well with Cup4Cup.
