The first time I saw this recipe for these nutella brownies on pinterest I knew I would have to try it.
I have to admit that nutella is pretty expensive around here so you could definitely make brownies from scratch for a lot less money. Or, you could make nutella from scratch which is so easy.
I love making homemade nutella because you can control how sweet, the quality of ingredients and make sure it is full of preservatives and all that icky stuff. I will put it on my TO-DO list to upload a homemade nutella recipe to you guys soon!
**Update, here is the homemade Nutella How-To if you are interested**
I have been meaning to try a nutella with other nuts too. I thought pecans and cashews would make an amazing base for a homemade nutella which would then make an incredible base for these Nutella Brownies.
These brownies turn out just as good gluten free or gluten-full. The texture and taste is amazing either way. Thick, dense and rich. The chocolatey flavor is amazing and you really can’t go wrong with a recipe this easy!!
As always you can use my BTMR GFree Flour or Cup4Cup if you want to make this recipe gluten free. Cup4Cup is the only gfree flour I have really fallen in love with.
