This is such a simple recipe (if you can call it that) that it sort of feels like cheating. I don’t have a big sweet tooth the way I know a lot of people do. This means that I rarely have sweet snacks stocked at my house so when I DO get a sweet tooth I am desperate to find something.
Berry sorbet is that perfect go-to snack because I always have frozen fruit in a ziplock in my freezer. All it takes is a handful of berries, blended up and you have a perfect sorbet. It is so healthy and low cal so you never have to feel guilty.
This can be customized and you can use so many different combinations of fruit. I LOVE mango but more often than not, it is raspberries and strawberries I have ready in my freezer.
- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
- Puree the frozen grapes in your food processor or high speed blender and enjoy
