I know that you are going to love this Cinnamon Cashew Butter Dip as much as I do. It is creamy and rich and let’s you feel like you are having a treat when you are filling up on healthy fats and protein.
This recipe mixes the cashew butter with an unsweetened almond milk which cuts the calories almost in half to enjoy your favorite nut butter. I often have nut butter on my fruit bowl or with a banana for an afternoon snack but I find it hard to wrap my head around the calories in nut butter. At 100+ calories per tablespoon… I don’t know about you, but I could eat all my daily calories in nut butter.
This is a great way to use your natural nut butter that has separated too! It doesn’t matter if the oil has risen to the top because by the time it is done, it is mixed back up again!
I recommend mixing this Cinnamon Cashew Butter Dip with your own homemade Chia Seed Jam for an epic PB&J or as a topping for any of these:
- ¼ cup natural cashew butter
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp homemade maple syrup or stevia
- Add all ingredients to food processor and puree until smooth and creamy
- Store in an airtight container in your fridge
