Homemade Wonton Wrappers
  1. Beat the egg and mix in the water
  2. Combine the flour and salt and then add the wet ingredients to the mix
  3. If the mix is too dry, add water a tablespoon at a time
  4. Knead the dough until elastic (not necessary if you are using gluten free flour)
  5. Shape into two balls, cover and let sit for a minimum of 10 minutes
  6. Roll the dough out with a rolling pin or pasta roller until it is about ⅛ inch thick
