Gluten Free Apple Crumble
  • about 4 lbs of apples (macintosh are my fav)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ cup gluten free oat flour (or any gf flour)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 tbsp oats
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • ¼ cup walnuts (optional)
  1. Peel and slices the apples
  2. In a bowl combine apples, cinnamon, cloves and brown sugar and oat flour and mix well to combine
  3. Place mixture into a loaf pan
  4. In a separate bowl add everything for the crumble mixture and mix together with your hands until you have a good crumb texture. Put this over the apple mixture
  5. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes
