Gluten Free Pita Bread

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 Tbsp oil or melted butter (I used coconut oil)
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour (firmly packed)
  • ¼ cup almond flour (firmly packed)
  • ⅛ tsp baking soda
  • ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix egg, water and oil.
  3. Then mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Pour into two portions on a greased cookie sheet (I used parchment paper).
  5. Spread out to 5-6 inches round.
  6. Bake 18-20 minutes.
